Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Hotkar Foods, we deal in food products. Due to their perishable nature, we follow a strict no-return policy.
1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. No Return Policy

We do not accept returns once the product is delivered.

Opened or used products are not eligible under any condition.
3. Replacement / Refund Eligibility
We only provide replacement or refund in the following cases:

The product received is damaged

Wrong product delivered

Product is defective or expired
4. Proof Requirement
To claim a replacement or refund:

Unboxing video is mandatory

Clear photos/videos must be shared within 24 hours of delivery
Requests without proper proof will not be accepted.
5. Lost Shipment

If an order is lost in transit and not marked as delivered, we will provide:

Replacement OR

Full refund

This is subject to confirmation from our courier partner.
6. Delivered but Not Received Claims

If order status shows “Delivered” and the courier provides proof (OTP, photo, or confirmation),
No refund or replacement will be provided.
7. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund will be issued to the original payment method

9. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not provide refunds for:
